Procedure:
As more and more people experienced the good way of life on 'Moulin de Chaules', we recommend you to book a pitch and period in advance.
How? Well, it’s really simple:

Complete the booking form and (preferably) submit by internet
(if you prefer, you can also send a printed copy by post)
By return we respond with a booking option and the appropriate down payment bill as part of the total amount.
We aim to treat your booking request within twenty-four hours, and next to reply to you.
I you have not received any message within twenty-four hours, you are advised to contact by phone in order to get this mismatch resolved.
You will receive a final 'confirmation of booking' by e-mail or post, after receipt of your down payment (for payment instructions: see 'booking conditions')

You are requested to read carefully the booking conditions.
By signing the booking form (i.e. writing your name), you agree with the conditions.
