Procedure:
As more and more people experienced the good way of life on 'Moulin de Chaules', we recommend you to book a pitch and period in advance.
How? Well, it’s really simple:
- Complete the booking form and (preferably) submit by internet
(if you prefer, you can also send a printed copy by post)
- By return we respond with a booking option and the appropriate down payment bill as part of the total amount.
We aim to treat your booking request within twenty-four hours, and next to reply to you.
I you have not received any message within twenty-four hours, you are advised to contact by phone in order to get this mismatch resolved.
- You will receive a final 'confirmation of booking' by e-mail or post, after receipt of your down payment (for payment instructions: see 'booking conditions')
You are requested to read carefully the booking conditions.
By signing the booking form (i.e. writing your name), you agree with the conditions.

If you haven't received our confirmation within 10 days after payment, please do contact us in order to check the procedure.
